  6. Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and Security Code.
  7. Shipping Address (Only if different than the billing address)

Return Policy

We take pride in our reputation. Most items purchased from In the Closet Boutique may be exchanged or returned within 14 business days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Please note, for health reasons, we do not exchange nor accept returns on panties or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. Costumes and Discount Category items (item code starts with dsc) are not returnable.

Shipping and Handling Charges are nor refundable.

Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA # on the outside of the package and this return form within the package. Please make a copy of the return form for your records. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend returns be sent either insured or with delivery confirmation. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s). A $5.00 processing fee per item is applied to all returns (this fee does not apply for exchanges). Each shipment includes a convenient Return Form for simple, easy returns.

Holiday Return Policy

We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 15 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 15 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.

Special offers may be subjected to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event that an order is charged and not successfully delivered, we require notification in writing (email is acceptable) in order to help resolve the problem. If you do not receive a response within five business days, please send a second email and phone us at 404.372.8560. Please allow us fourteen business days to research, respond and resolve disputes from the day we confirm, in writing, receipt of your confirmation. Any and all bank fees resulting from contested/disputed credit card charges will be charged back to the customer if the aforementioned dispute resolution process has not been followed.

Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will receive via e-mail a copy of the order you submitted to confirm that your order was successfully transmitted. Because this will be the only acknowledgement that you receive when ordering online, it is important that you accurately provide your e-mail address. While we make every effort to have all merchandise in stock, there may be times when we are out of stock. You will be notified by email of any backorders. Please note, due to spam protection measures by AOL, Hotmail and other popular email programs, emails may not reach the customer.
